History
With an incorporation date of May 17, 2019, GFCC is four years in the making. Plans were subverted March of 2020 just two weeks before demo. Renovations started this past September and Opening day was June 23, 2023.
About Us
Husband and wife owners, turned roasters to try their hand with this new venture. Their three sons have gained valuable work and life experience with each phase of this project. In addition, the sister company, Behavioral Connections, now can offer trade experience in a safe setting for individuals on the autism spectrum. Jason and Mel have used Ground Floor Coffee to merge their passion for coffee, with their personal mantra to serve others.
Vision
A place where everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and accepted. Individuals new to the work force will be given the opportunity to gain experience in a welcoming place. Both in foods and in beverages, Ground Floor Coffee is working towards sustainably sourced choices that will lessen the burden on the environment.
Mission
With each year we’re roasting and brewing we try to lessen our carbon footprint, increase awareness for environmental sustainability, as well as social sustainability.
